I am a clinically trained and licensed therapist in New York and a registered psychotherapist in Ontario. I specialize in the mind, body, soul connection and self-love, empowerment, and confidence-building work. I would love to join you on your journey to empowerment, self-love, and self-confidence. I will help you develop self-care practices, manage stress so you can create peace in your life, and connect with yourself and your passions to create a life you love.
Counselling & Psychotherapy
I use my skills and experience as a trauma-informed, clinically trained therapist to help guide, support, and encourage those who are ready and committed to making changes in their life. The essence of my work focuses on the body, mind, and soul connection to help facilitate self-growth, self-love, and create peace in our busy lives. I believe without that connection we feel lost, disconnected from ourselves, uninspired, and unable to let our light within shine. We get so overwhelmed by the demands and stresses of the world that we lose touch with who we are and the ability to create calm in our lives.
Clients that come to me are seeking help to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationships, and other difficulties. We work together to build coping strategies to manage your stressors. We will also build a self-care practice that serves as preventative care to boost resiliency and sustain your well-being allowing you to recover faster from stressors.
